REPATRIATION
At Daffys Funeral Home, we recognise that losing a loved one abroad is extremely hard, as well as the accompanying process of getting the remains home. We plan to take care of all repatriation duties for you so that you have one less stressful thing to worry about during the bereavement process.
Funeral Documentation
Daffys Funeral Home will use our extensive network and years of experience to negotiate with all funeral directors abroad in order to receive the funeral documentation needed, such as a death certificate and any accompanying documentation.
Cremation
If desired, Daffys Funeral Home can work with any funeral directors abroad to arrange a local cremation service. Once this has been completed, the ashes will be transported safely and securely to Ireland and burial ceremonies can be conducted here.

Yes, if desired we can work with funeral directors abroad to arrange a local cremation. Once completed, ashes will be transported home.
Does repatriation apply to countries outside of Europe?
In all cases, we will endeavour to do everything we can to reunite you with your loved one in the case of a bereavement, regardless of where they are in the world.
